Take your time. When you stay with us, you might end up spending a little more time at the breakfast table usual. After all, we do everything in our power to make our breakfast even more enjoyable than yours at home: Every morning we get up with the chickens, cut fresh fruit into colorful shapes, let the Zillertal valley hay milk "breathe" and lay out the juicy ham with the venison bacon from deer we hunted ourselves.
Every day, we bake our bread in our own oven. According to a traditional home recipe. Which prompts our farm-fresh butter to melt with joy. Our blends of coffee give off an aroma of almond, blueberry and caramel. We've personally selected fair-trade coffee beans for our exclusive range of coffees and had them roasted to perfection by "Wildkaffee" coffee roasters. Be aware: Even the very first sip may lead you to change your habits!

TIP: Would you like to enjoy breakfast in bed? With an advance order, we are happy to serve breakfast in you apartment or your suite. Late risers can enjoy a relaxed start to their day until 12:00 pm with a small business breakfast (cappuccino, pastry, and freshly squeezed orange juice).
